Strips don't line up

Maybe this set is for a different product, but I purchased it along with my Take-a-Note A5 planner. The horizontal number strip doesn't line up in the boxes. Neither does the vertical days of the week. The days of the week can probably be cut separately by week to line up, but the numbered days would have to be individually placed and that defeats the purpose of having a long strip of numbers to easily place down. Not sure what size grid this will fit, but it doesn't fit the TaN, the Common Planner, the Hobo cousin, or the Hobo weeks (I tried them all). Disclaimer: It is possible I got a sheet that wasn't printed correctly.

ETA: Looked further into the product descriptions and it seems likely this will fit the Record Keeper Bullet Journal by TaN. It has a 4mm grid and all the planners I tried it on have a 3.7mm grid. Perhaps it should be more clear in the description that it only fits 4mm grid products. As of the time of this review, it only shows the dimensions of the sheet size.
