The longer, finer, and more absorbent cotton fibers enhance ink absorption, resulting in faster drying times compared to standard MD notebook paper—all while maintaining its exceptional fountain pen friendliness. The Cotton Notebook is perfect for making pencil sketches, rough drafts, croquis, and other drawing activities even more enjoyable.

Like other MD notebooks, it was made in Japan to create a superbly pleasant writing experience. MD paper is rigorously tested to ensure that it is bleed-resistant, feather-resistant, and fountain pen-friendly. It features MD Paper for both the pages and cover, ensuring a smooth, wobble-free opening. Wrapped in glassine paper for a nostalgic touch and protection, it lies flat thanks to thread-sewn binding. The cheesecloth spine adds a classic feel, and index stickers—both pre-printed and blank—make organization easy.
