A vertical-lined and horizontal-lined guide sheet with dotted center lines is included to help you write in straight lines on the blank unlined paper. If you are studying Japanese, you may find the example sheet with sample Japanese text writing helpful to use as a reference for knowing how characters and letters should fill in the lines on the guide sheet.
