Purple Rice:
Soak the purple rice until soft, then cook it with longan and water to make porridge. Sometimes you can add glutinous rice balls, red beans, or wood ear mushrooms to make the taste richer and more delicious. The smooth texture allows warmth to spread from the mouth to the whole body, adding a special flavor to the harsh winter.

Initially, it started to promote arts and crafts of Indigo Dyeing, a business that flourished a century ago in Taiwan, and at the time, Taiwan exported a considerable amount of "doroai," or the raw material of colorants used in Indigo Dyeing, to the Japanese Empire. Lennon Tool Bar draws inspiration from the traditional process and the popular colors used in Indigo Dyeing.
