The Pocket Log Diary from Laconic is a compact daily journal that is easy to bring with you, with a rich layout that still allows you to record a lot of details about your daily life. On the daily page, there are designated places to log today's date, weather, temperature and even your meals. The bottom half of the page is a spacious to-do/memo section that features a grid and convenient check-boxes down the side. The 184 daily pages allow you to record 6 months of your life, but they are undated to allow for flexibility.
